It is our intention that these pages be updated continually, however they are not to be used as the sole basis for information. Coaches will be advised of all up-to-date changes as they occur. |
The Franklin Parks & Recreation Dept. reminds everyone, there is NO PARKING allowed on any grass areas or in the medians during practices and/or games. PARK IN THE DESIGNATED LINED PARKING SLOTS ONLY! Cars parked illegally will be ticketed or towed by the Franklin Police Dept. |

Signups for our fall season are underway and this year we have replaced all our helmets to insure the highest level of safety for all our players. With the additional cost the Cowboys need our sponsors more than ever. We cannot run this program on signups fees alone. Our sponsors keep this program affordable for everyone and we encourage everyone to support them as much as possible. 2009 FALL BALL SEASON INFORMATION | Registration Dates Saturday, July 11 or Saturday, July 18 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Cowboys Complex - Concession Stand Jim Warren Park 705 Boyd Mill Ave Franklin | Eligibility All children ages 5-14 as of by July 31, 2009 (4 year olds are eligible if they turn 5 on or before July 31st, 2009) If the child did not play or cheer in 2008, a legible copy of their birth certificate or government issued proof of birth document must be presented at registration. | FOOTBALL FEES & INFORMATION $ 100.00 - registration $ 35.00 - equipment fee (this includes the helmet and shoulder pads. PRACTICE BEGINS Monday, July 20 - 6:00 pm Mandatory Parents Meeting @ 5:30 pm First 2 weeks of practice - Monday - Friday evening | | CHEERLEADING FEES & INFORMATION $ 70.00 - registration $ 130.00 - (approx) includes shoes, bloomers, poms, bow and a uniform to keep. Fee reduced if you have poms, bloomers and bow from last year PRACTICE BEGINS: Monday, July 27 - 6:00 pm We are also accepting Coaching applications. If interested go to "HANDOUTS" page and download the Coaches Application an d send it in. | ADDITIONAL INFORMATION In an effort to speed up the registration process, you can go to the “HANDOUTS” page and complete the 2009 Registration Form and Parents Code of Conduct, print them out and bring them with you. Parent, or legal guardian, must be present to register the child and the child should accompany them, so they can be fitted for their equipment & uniforms. |
